One man's attempt to cheer up his friend who was going through a breakup took an unexpected twist.
His Friend Is Going Through A Breakup
Brandon begins the video outside of what looks like a normal home.
The text on the screen gives more context, as he wants to climb up to his friend's window after she had just broken up with her boyfriend.
He Started His Journey
From there he begins his journey up the side of the house.
It does seem a little strange that he was going to be climbing up the side of a house in only sandals.
Began Climbing The House
It did not seem like it would be a very easy climb either.
He would have to scale the side of the house, and it didn't look like there was much to grab onto.
The Dad Was There
He was able to climb up a tree but that is when he realized that he would have to wait a little longer.
He noticed that her dad was outside, and he didn't want to get caught.
He Had To Wait
It took him 30 minutes of waiting before the dad left the room.
That would not have been very comfortable to have to hide out that long in a tree.
He Was Struggling
When he finally was able to break out of the tree he showed how hard it was on him.
He looks like he had been hanging up there for quite some time.
He Made It
Then he emerges on the roof of the house and we can see her bedroom.
The light is still on, which means he has a chance that she's still in her room.
He's Romeo
He then decides to harness his inner Romeo and throw a rock at her window.
This is risky as you don't want to have that rock smash a hole into her bedroom.
The Ex Appears
Shortly after that, a man appears inside his friend's bedroom.
He then tells us that the man is who he thought was her ex-boyfriend. What a twist his adventure took.
Not The Ending He Was Hoping For
He thinks that his friend lied to him just for the attention.
To make matters worse, he would have to knock on the window in order to get down. How humiliating!
