Woman Hides Pregnancy Test Under Boyfriend’s Waffles, Is Shocked When He Reacts Poorly

One woman has now gone viral on TikTok for how she chose to tell her significant other that she was pregnant. The only problem? She didn't expect his reaction, and if you're wondering who could have possibly foreseen his reaction, the answer is everyone.
The TikTok
Robbie Doris, also known as @oh_yeahitsrobbie2 on TikTok, recently went viral for the way she told her significant other that they were about to become parents and his not-so-shocking reaction. The TikTok has so far received over 12 million views.
The post is captioned with, "I'm really sad."
But First, I'm Making Waffles
The video begins with Robbie filming her significant other as he digs into a fluffy stack of waffles topped with blueberries and butter. As he finishes his meal, he comments on how difficult it is to slice through the last of his waffles.
Hiding under the bottom waffle is a mysterious solid pink object. "What the f*** is that?" he asks.
"Why Is It In My Food?"
Still confused by the random object on his plate, Robbie asks him to look closer at it. He asks why this object is in his food before realizing that it's actually a positive pregnancy test and that Robbie is pregnant.
Robbie confirms his suspicions, but instead of jumping for joy, he reacts in a different way. "But why are you messing with my food with that?" he says.
A Pissing Match
He then throws his knife and fork on the plate in disgust, and the pair get into a heated arguing match regarding putting a positive pregnancy test in his food and the fact that in order to obtain the result, a woman first has to pee on it.
Frustrated, Robbie says that he ruined the whole surprise. He then counters back, "You ruined my food!"
Social Media Backlash
With over 1.5 million likes and 105,000 comments, Robbie's TikTok quickly went viral, and - for the most part, users were not on Robbie's side. Users criticized her for not coming up with a more sanitary and thoughtful way of telling him the news and that his reaction was justified.
"I'm shocked you actually thought this through and thought it was a good idea," one user commented.
On Her Side
Not all the comments were bad, however. Some users empathized with Robbie and congratulated her on the pregnancy, while others said her significant other was ungrateful for how he reacted and that she deserved better.
"I'm sorry he reacted that way sis he should be happy about this good news," one user wrote.
But Wait, There's More
In a follow-up TikTok, Robbie explains that her significant other asked her not to pull stunts like that again, adding that five hours after learning he was going to become a father, he "still hasn't said nothing" regarding her pregnancy.
Responding to critics, Robbie says she sees nothing wrong with her pregnancy reveal as he frequently has his mouth on her...you can fill in the blanks.
Cleanliness Is Next To Godliness
Robbie later responds to the top comment on her viral TikTok that said, "I'd be mad if I got peed up waffles too." She doubles down and explains that despite pee soaking into the pregnancy test, it had been dry for four days before the reveal.
She adds that the only part that touched the waffles was the plastic exterior, which she bleached. The caption on the video reads, "Now leave me alone."
And Finally
In a separate video, Robbie defends herself saying she was initially going to put the pregnancy test in the lunchbox but wanting his reaction, decided to do the reveal during breakfast.
"I thought it was going to be a romantic moment," she says. "I thought he was going to cry, and me cry and we hug. But it ain't go how I want it to go."
