She said that sharing these rules with her followers was going to result in her exposing herself.
She Already Has A Boyfriend
She knew that these were going to be things that people had thoughts on.
She said that she wasn't concerned with people liking them because she already had a boyfriend.
Rule #1: Snap Location
Her first rule is the Snapchat location sharing feature.
She says that it does not have to be on. She says that if it is on, though, she's going to look at it.
Rule #2: Passwords
The next rule is relating to needing to know her boyfriend's passwords.
She says that she does not need to know them because if she didn't trust him then she wouldn't be with him.
Rule #3: Friends
The next rule is with friends.
She says that they each should have their own set of friends. She would like for him to be friends with her friends, but they don't need to be best friends.
Rule #4: Parties
Her next rule is for parties.
She wants him to go to parties and have fun. She says this because she too would like to go to parties and have fun.

The fifth rule is for having a girl best friend.
She says that if she is your girlfriend, then she should be your girl best friend because you love her and are in a relationship with her.

This rule is one that she does not actually say anything about. Instead, she just gives a disgusted look. Safe to say that no lying is one of her rules.
Rule #7: Who Pays
The seventh rule is who should pay for things in the relationship.
She says that she thinks that things should be split 50/50. She will spoil her boyfriend and thinks that her boyfriend should spoil her at times.
Rule #8: Hanging Out
Her eighth and final rule is for hanging out.
Spencer says that she would like to hang out a lot. She is not ashamed to say that she is a clingy person.
