He stops and asks her to hold the bouquet.

But this is where the heartwarming story takes a turn.
After some time, Maree went to media outlets and told her side of the story, telling them she felt dehumanized by the encounter.

“At first it was a bit of a joke to me and then I’ve sort of felt dehumanised,” Maree said.
“These artificial things are not random acts of kindness really.”
It Needs To Be Challenged
She continued her argument by saying,
“It's really not about me anymore. I just think this whole idea that this is a random act of kindness is to be challenged.”

Maree had noticed Harrison’s friend filming the interaction and asked the boys, “Did you film that?”
Harrison and his friend said “No,” But, obviously, they lied, and that wasn't the case.

But Maree did not care because she doesn’t have any social media. “I thought, “oh well, who watches these things.”
