Ariana Grande And Lizzo Release The Ultimate Girl Gang Anthem
The ultimate girl gang bop is finally here. As if Lizzo's song "Good As Hell" couldn't get any better, she's released a remix of it with pop princess Ariana Grande.
The two singers dropped the song at midnight on October 25th. The song originally appeared on Lizzo's 2016 EP "Coconut Oil." The song starts just like the original, with Lizzo's powerhouse vocals singing lyrics about feeling good about yourself.
"I do my hair toss / check my nails / Baby how you feelin'? / Feeling good as hell," she sings.
Grande jumps in after the first chorus with her new rendition of the song. Her lyrics continue you to fit the theme of the ultimate girl gang anthem.
"'Cause he better know my worth/ There's so much that I deserve / But I ain't worried now, Imma let my hair down / He been tryin' it, but not today," Grande sings on her verse.
The rest of the track has Lizzo's powerhouse vocals mix together amazingly with Grande's trademark falsetto riffs. Grande took to Twitter to share how excited she was about it.
"The most fun, thank you @lizzo for having me on this remix !! i love you, your energy and this record so so much," Grande wrote on Twitter.
She wasn't the only one excited. Fans online went crazy for the two of them finally getting together on a song.
"Lizzo and Ari joining forces....... suddenly my mental health is at 100 and my skin is clear god bless my queens," wrote one fan on Twitter. Honestly, we'd have to agree.
