Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1992)
Before she was slaying the undead on television, Buffy Summers made her debut in Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 1992. The campy film starred Kristy Swanson in the title role while legendary actor Donald Sutherland played her watcher.
The campy movie became a cult hit thanks to the popularity of the television show, and is a must-watch for any fan. And of course, you'll want to keep an eye out for Ben Affleck in a very small, early role!
Palm Springs
Starring Andy Samberg and Cristin Milioti, Palm Spings made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2020, to rave reviews. A bidding war to buy the film followed, with Hulu coming out on top with a reported $22 million final bid.
On Rotten Tomatoes, that film has received universal praise, with a critics consensus reading, "Strong performances, assured direction, and a refreshingly original concept make Palm Springs a romcom that's easy to fall in love with."
Into The Dark: The Current Occupant
Hulu's horror series Into The Dark returns in July with a new installment titled The Current Occupant. The episode follows a man with no memory who is trapped in a psychiatric ward.
As events unfold, he begins to believe that he is the President and begins to plot his escape to return to the White House. Is he really who he thinks he is? You'll have to tune in to find out!
Live Free Or Die Hard
Re-live the return of John McClane to action for the first time in 12 years with Live Free or Die Hard. The fourth installment of the action franchise came over a decade after Die Hard with a Vengeance.
The movie portrayed the iconic hero as an aging cop struggling in a world full of modern technology. Critics were fans of Bruce Willis' return to form, "thrilling stunts and a commanding performance by Bruce Willis. Fans of the previous Die Hard films will not be disappointed."
Shark Week 2018 And 2019
Ever since 1988, the Discovery Channel has dedicated one week every summer to sharks. Shark Week has become a staple for the network, and in July the 2018 and 2019 editions will be streaming on Hulu.

The documentary takes a behind the scenes look at the rise and fall of Farley, with interviews from castmates and friends including Dan Akroyd, John Farley, Tom Arnold, and Kevin Nealon.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Jason Segel became a big-screen star in 2008 with the release of Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The story followed Segel's character taking a trip to Hawaii after a bad break-up, only to end up at the same hotel as his ex and her new rock star boyfriend.
Segel co-wrote the script with Judd Apatow and critics couldn't get enough, saying, "With ample laughs and sharp performances, Forgetting Sarah Marshall finds just the right mix of romantic and raunchy comedy."
Liar Liar
When his son makes a birthday wish that his father can no longer tell a lie, hilarity ensues in Liar Liar. Starring Jim Carrey, the comedy classic came out in 1997 to massive box-office numbers and rave reviews.

Ghost Hunters On A&E

Buried
Looking to break away from his funny guy image in 2010, Ryan Reynolds starred in Buried. The movie literally placed him in a box buried underground for 90 minutes while he tried to escape.
The tense thriller was a critical success that fell under the radar with general audiences. As one critic wrote, "Reynolds is riveting, and it's possible to appreciate Cortés's [the director] bravura cinematic accomplishment. But that'll come much later, after you catch your breath."
Hot Rod
Now moving onto a movie critics hated but audiences loved - cult classic Hot Rod. One of Andy Samberg's first theatrical roles, the movie found him playing an amateur stuntman whose stepfather hates him.
Critics panned the film, calling it, "far too inconsistent to satisfy all but the least demanding slapstick lovers." Audiences, however, got the joke and turned the movie, and Samberg (who stars in Palm Springs), into a surprising success.
Cake Season Three Premiere
Thanks to its partnership with FX, Hulu will be receiving a ton of original content from the network. One of those shows is Cake, a late-night comedy that will debut its third season in July.
The third season of Cake will consist of 10 episodes, although they won't all be able to stream at the same time. As of this writing, two episodes are set to premiere on July 9th.
The Last Full Measure
It took nearly twenty years for filmmaker Todd Robinson to get his passion project made. That movie was The Last Full Measure, which tells the story of a Vietnam pararescueman who saved over 60 soldiers.
The film, which came out in 2019, had a stacked cast featuring Laurence Fishburne, Sebastian Stan, William Hurt, Ed Harris, and Samuel L. Jackson. If you missed this one in theaters, you won't want to miss it on Hulu!
West Side Story (1961)
