Man Called Out For Using Girlfriend’s Credit Card On Jewelry For His Mistress
There are a lot of ways a person can show their love for a significant other, such as small gifts or thoughtful experiences.
But in a video that's gone viral, TikTok users are applauding how a small business owner clapped back against a customer who not only cheated on his girlfriend, but used her own credit card to shower his mistress in gifts.

From bouquets of flowers to chocolates or romantic dinners, everyone has their own way of showing their significant other how much they love them.
How about an engraved gold necklace? You'd probably think that's one of the most romantic gifts your partner could give you, and you'd be right — as long as it's actually your name engraved on it.
The TikTok
Liv Portillo, also known as @livportio on TikTok, is the owner of a company called DBL Jewelry. The family-owned business has a social media following of 2.5 million and prioritizes "giving back to the Philippines" by donating proceeds their sales to charity.
In a TikTok that's received over 13 million views, Liv's business is receiving all kinds of new attention.
The Strange Email
Throughout the TikTok, Liv doesn't speak, but she lip-syncs to the song "She Knows" by J. Cole. A woman emails Liv and claims that she received an email and credit card charge for an order of three jewelry pieces.
But, she didn't order anything and the order is going to her boyfriends' house. Worse still, the name on the necklace isn't hers. The email signs off with, "Please help me out, Ashley".

Liv then realizes that the jewelry allegedly purchased by Ashley wasn't purchased by her at all. In fact, it was her boyfriend who ordered the jewelry, but not as a gift for Ashley, but instead for a mystery woman named "Diamond".
And to add insult to injury, the boyfriend made the purchase using the girlfriends' own credit card.
Shine Bright Like A Diamond
The latter half of the TikTok offers a glimpse into how Liv makes her jewelry and highlights this particular order for the mystery woman named Diamond.
The videos show the name "Diamond" written on a computer screen, a machine engraving the name into a necklace, Liv handcrafting the necklace herself, and finally, the finished product.
Ready To Ship
Liv then explains that the boyfriend failed to notice that his girlfriend Ashley received the order confirmation instead, immediately raising alarm bells.
He also ordered two additional pieces of jewelry, including a gold butterfly necklace and for himself, an anklet with his initial "N". The video then ends with Liv packing up the three pieces of jewelry in individual boxes and then placing them in a large box for shipping.
But Wait, There's More
But that's not where our story ends. While it's made glaringly obvious that the boyfriend is cheating on Ashley with a woman named Diamond, it's also made clear that he stole her credit card to fraudulently pay for the purchase.
Liv then posts a follow-up TikTok which illustrates how she makes amends to Ashley and claps back against her cheating boyfriend.
Payback In Motion
In Liv's follow-up TikTok, which has received three million views, Liv sends Ashley an email that apologizes for the inconvenience and fully refunds the order due to it being fraudulent. In addition, she hopes Ashley is doing okay and that she has her full support. Liv soon after receives Ashley's reply.
"BTW, I KNOW he's cheating. He doesn't think I know yet. You can post this on Tiktok so no other girl goes through this."
The Best Way To Break Up
Liv then begins making a slight amendment to the boyfriends' order and explains how he is "not getting away [with] this". On the other side of the original gold "Diamond" necklace, Liv engraves the name "Ashley". Not only is she shipping him the new and improved necklace, but it also includes a note.
"I think U may have misspelled my name. It's over, Ashley".
A Necklace Fit For A Snake
Liv then packages an order for Ashley which contains free jewelry for her "self-love and growth", including a gold butterfly necklace. She then packages the boyfriends' jewelry order which includes the necklace and the note.
But, she includes one extra surprise and a freebie on behalf of DBL Jewelry — a gold snake necklace. "Can't wait to see his reaction," Live writes. "We love u Ash!"

Liv's TikTok's quickly went viral, and soon users were flooding the comment sections and expressing their gratitude for how Liv responded to this situation. They commented that her desire to help Ashley while delivering payback against her cheating boyfriend in one swift blow convinced them to purchase something from her small business.
"A girls girl," one user commented. "Can't wait to place my order with you."
A Response From Ashley
Soon after the follow-up TikTok was posted, the woman at the center of the story, Ashley Haberle, commented on the video and expressed her gratitude for Liv going above and beyond for her.
"It was a terrible situation but I'm glad I'm out," she writes.
